Spiritual Thinking makes it easy to feel God’s Presence.

Spiritual Thinking makes it easy to feel God’s Presence.

When God created man in His image and likeness, He also allowed him to think for himself. However, God stayed inside each one as a Divine Mind to help man as and when man needed help. God, as Divine Mind inside, enabled man to breathe from birth until death, gave him his senses to guide him, and made all the body and organs function as He had created. Man, as expected by God, deviated and developed an ego based on his material brain and fell for all fallacies of illusions rather than the truth. He learned to lie, cheat, and hurt others like animals to gain an unfair advantage over others and started dominating others, demanding slavery and submission to his demands. When we become anxious and miserable, we feel comfortable if we realize that God is inside us to help and synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind. This is Spiritual Thinking, and if we practice it consistently, we can feel God’s presence as close as we need since He is right inside us. Jesus meant this when he said, “Having Eyes See Ye not, having Ears Hear Ye Not.”

Spiritual Thinking is the simple way to see the invisible.

Colossians 1:15
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
Hebrews 11:27
By faith, he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s wrath, for he endured, seeing Him who is unseen.
John 1:18
No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God in the Father’s bosom, He has explained Him.
1 Timothy 6:16
who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.
Exodus 33:20
But He said, “You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!”
Job 9:11
“Were He to pass by me, I would not see Him;
Were He to move past me, I would not perceive Him.
Job 23:8
“Behold, I go forward, but He is not there,
And backward, but I cannot perceive Him;
John 5:37
And the Father who sent Me, He has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time nor seen His form.
1 Timothy 1:17
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
1 John 4:12
No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, perfecting His love.
Isa-Upanishad
“That” (the Invisible, Whole, Absolute), which cannot be seen (Spirit, Real ), creates everything that can be seen ( Material, Unreal ) and felt.”

Jesus said, “Having eyes see ye not, having ears hear ye not.” What did he mean by that? It means that what you see may not be the truth, or what you hear may not be accurate. In other words, it is not what we see and hear that matters but what we can perceive from what we see and hear that is important. To enable that, you must discern what you see and hear spiritually. When you see a cloud, you can try to imagine what it looks like, maybe like an animal or landscape, but it will depend on the eye of the beholder. It only looks that way to each one but has no permanent shape and is transient. We encounter this kind of illusion in our lives all the time, and to discern the truth, we need to clear all these illusions, or ‘Maya,’ to see the truth. For that, you need a laser focus to remove all the misconceptions and distractions caused by our human mind. Affirming that there is only one Reality, God, and He is the cause and creator of everything in this Universe. This enables us to focus; through prayers, we can see the truth more clearly. In this process, we synchronize our wandering human thoughts, which cause illusions, with the Divine Mind, which is present in each of us all the time, willing to help when we seek God’s help through prayers. When synchronized, the Divine Mind passes God’s thoughts onto the human mind, enabling us to see the truth. We call this Spiritual Thinking the backbone of our lives: peace, prosperity, and harmony. The constant practice of Spiritual Thinking makes it habitual or second nature, and we experience peace and happiness all the time, irrespective of what is happening around us.

When we put a stick into a bucket of water, it looks like the rod is bent near the water’s surface. We know that the post is straight. This phenomenon in physics is called refraction. If you are in a desert, there will seem to be a little water pond. Walking towards that water, you will find that it was only an illusion called a mirage. There is no water. We will head in the wrong direction if we base our judgments and decisions on these illusions. Jonah, a prophet in the Old Testament, was asked by God to go and preach in a city called Nineveh. Jonah had heard that the town was rebellious and thought he would get killed if he went to Nineveh. So he decided to go in the opposite direction on a ship. The ship encountered a severe storm and was about to sink. Jonah felt compelled to confess to the captain that he disobeyed God’s orders and got into the boat to escape, which was the reason for the Ship’s predicament. The Captain got mad at Jonah and threw him overboard. The sea calmed down, and the ship was stable. Jonah was swallowed whole by a large fish and vomited on land on a nearby island. Jonah was glad to be alive, realized his mistake, and went to Nineveh to preach there. We often make mistakes by making a decision based on false information spread by social media or politicians and regret what follows. Before jumping over some obstacle, a cat likes to know what is on the other side. If he cannot see over a wall, he will first jump to the top, and when he is sure it is ok on the other side, he will jump down. When we cannot see what lies ahead, we are afraid of what is termed ‘the fear of the unknown’ and would rather stay put in fear, just like during the recent pandemic. If we travel through a long tunnel and cannot see what lies ahead, we get scared until we see the light at the other end. Do we have to be that way? No! Birds start flying long before dawn, knowing that, while it is still dark, it will be dawn soon and daylight. That shows a lot of Faith. In Hebrews 11. Faith is defined as ‘Faith is the substance of things hoped for but not seen.’ To have faith, we must have some trust; to trust, we must have some belief. They all go hand in hand. This is where Spiritual Thinking helps. When we understand that God, the Divine Mind, is in all the time, constantly guiding us, and is the engine of life staying with us from birth until death, enabling us to breathe, make all the material organs work, and provide us with all the senses to perceive, we start getting some trust in the Power of God. Now, if we dare to synchronize our thoughts derived from the material human brain and ego with the Divine Mind inside us, we allow God to advise and guide us. This is what Spiritual Thinking is. We do not have to jump up on top of a wall to perceive what lies ahead, but we can comprehend what God tells us and always see the invisible. Only when we let our human brain-derived ego dominate us does the Fear of the unknown pervade. God has given us a simple tool, Spiritual Thinking, to enable us to see the invisible and move forward with a clear vision.

Spiritual Thinking is the simple way to hear the inaudible.

John 10:27
My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
Romans 10:17
So faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ.
Jeremiah 33:3
Call me, and I will answer you and tell you great and hidden things you have not known.
John 8:47
Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not listen to them is that you are not of God.”
Isaiah 30:21
And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
Luke 11:28
But he said, “Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”
John 16:13
When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his authority, but whatever he hears, he will say and declare to you the things to come.

God intended man to be His reflection when He created man in His image and likeness. Since God knew that man would drift away guided by his human ego, pride, and ego-derived thoughts, God always made Himself available to man by being inside him as the Divine Mind. The Divine Mind, God inside each of us 24/7, has complete control over us, but we can only appeal to Him through meditation and prayers. By affirming that God is all in all and is the only Power on earth, we open up the channels of communication between our human thoughts and the Divine Mind, God inside us. When we synchronize our human studies with the Divine Mind inside us, God passes His thoughts to us. This advice is not loud but subtle and robust, like whispers in your ear. This could happen in sleep while showering or driving a car. This will be hard to ignore. On the other hand, if you think with only your human brain, your thoughts will be derived from your human ego, and you will completely silence God’s voice and head in the wrong direction. When this leads you into trouble, you will blame everybody else rather than have the humility to understand your mistake. This is becoming pretty common in modern divisive politics. These people also develop the qualities of self-righteousness up to the point that they think they are the only people right and everyone else is wrong. When you reach that stage, it is tough to extricate yourself. The Divine Mind, God, is always available to help us and only when we seek help. That takes much humility and accepting responsibility. Only if you have that character will you be able to do it and face the consequences. The divine Mind and human mind start at the same point. Still, if you would only listen to your ego-based human mind, you will be getting farther and farther from thoughts derived from the Divine Mind, and the farther you go, the more invisible and inaudible will be the thoughts and advice God bestows on us. That is why we start with Spiritual Thinking by synchronizing our human studies with the Divine Mind inside us as soon as possible before we drift too far. In the modern technology-based economy and driven by uninhibited greed for wealth, fame, and titles, for a majority of people, the pseudo-saints who practice Spiritual Thinking and are uncompromising in a centered, greedy world that looks like they are the ones who are the culprits and out of sync with the normal, this, ho,wever is untrue. It is this imbalance between the truth and the egoistic world that causes the manifestation of a vast unreality, such as the recent pandemic and unusual weather patterns derived from the behavior and mindset of such sadistic, self-absorbed, devious, and selfish individual leaders who try to distort the truth. God is amazingly still patient and loving and gives them ample opportunity to reform themselves, only if they would listen to the Divine Mind, God inside them. Others cannot do this for them, which is for them to realize. If that happens, we will have peace, harmony, and happiness in the entire world. The point here is that a slight majority with selfish motives and devious thinking can disrupt the normalcy in the whole world, and the objective of Spiritual Thinking is to transform as many thinkers in the right direction as possible. This may not get the attention of SEO pundits, but that is the God-based truth. The more people can listen to God’s inaudible but subtle voice, the more peace, happiness, and prosperity will prevail.

Spiritual Thinking is the Ultimate Power of the Infinite Mind in Action.

1 Chronicles 29:11
“Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, power, glory, victory, and majesty, for all that is in the heavens and the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and you are exalted as head above all.”
. Exodus 15:6
“Your right hand, O LORD, glorious in power, your right hand, O LORD, shatters the enemy.”
Ephesians 6:10
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and the strength of His might.”
Exodus 14:14
“The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”
Psalm 27:1
“The LORD is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
Isaiah 41:10
“fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
James 4:7
“Submit yourselves there for God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

There are times in our lives when, no matter what we do, there seems to be a devil pulling us backward, and it is so strong that we start wondering if there is a God and where He is. You know you are practicing Spiritual Thinking, but why does it feel like you are swimming against the current? This is a deception. We all need to be cautious of this and not switch our allegiance in these crucial times. An experienced Pilot is not discouraged by severe turbulence; he tries hard to stabilize the Plane and cannot give up. He has to know that soon he and his Plane will be out of that area, and it will be calm again. When Moses was leading the enslaved person Jews out of Egypt from the grips of Pharoah, he was facing one obstacle after another. At one point, he and his people were caught up with the Red Sea ahead and Pharoah’s powerful Army behind them. He kept his faith; God and Divine Mind opened a path through the middle of the Sea, and he and his people made it through the sea while Pharoah’s army was all swallowed up by the Sea.

It will be easier to see or feel the destination at the other end of a crisis, but that is usually not the case. It is like seeing the light at the other end of a Tunnel while you are still halfway through. It is only your Faith that can keep you going. In the modern world of crooks and slimeballs, every one of your good deeds will be evilly spoken of. While they are the destructive ones, they will equate you with terrorists and demons, and willy political leaders will present themselves as the king of peace to latch on to their power. It is imperative that no matter how hard it is or how much pain you endure, You keep your focus and know that God, the Divine Mind, is the only power and He is All in All.
In Daniel 6, Daniel is raised to high office by his royal master, Darius the Mede; Daniel’s jealous rivals trick Darius into issuing a decree that for thirty days, no prayers should be addressed to any god or man but Darius himself; anyone who disobeys this edict is to be thrown to the lions. Pious Daniel continues to pray daily to the God of Israel; although deeply distressed, the king must condemn Daniel to death, for the edicts of the Medes and Persians cannot be altered. Hoping for Daniel’s deliverance, Darius casts him into the pit. At daybreak, the king hurries to the place and cries out anxiously, asking if God has saved his friend. Daniel replies that his God had sent an angel to close the jaws of the lions “because I was found blameless before him.” The king commands that those who had conspired against Daniel be thrown to the lions in his place with his wife and children and that the whole world should tremble and fear before the God of Daniel.

Likewise, in the Book of Daniel, Chapter 3, King Nebuchadnezzar set up a golden image in the plain of Dura (meaning dwelling) and commanded that all his officials bow before it. All who failed to do so would be thrown into a blazing furnace. Certain officials informed the king that the three Jewish youths Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, who bore the Babylonian names Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and whom the king had appointed to high office in Babylon, were refusing to worship the golden statue. The three were brought before Nebuchadnezzar, where they informed the king that God would be with them. Nebuchadnezzar commanded that they be thrown into the fiery furnace, heated seven times hotter than usual, but when the king looked, he saw four figures walking unharmed in flames, the fourth “like a son of God.” Seeing this, Nebuchadnezzar brought the youths out of the flames, and the fire did not affect their bodies. The hair of their heads was not singed, their cloaks were not harmed, and no smell of fire was on them. The king then promoted them to high office, decreeing that anyone who spoke against God should be torn limb from limb.

The following verses are found in the walls of Mother Theresa’s church in Calcutta ( now KolKotta):
Do It Anyway – A Prayer by Mother Theresa
February 29, 2012
This prayer is usually attributed to Mother Theresa, though Keith Kent probably wrote it. It was found written on Mother Teresa’s home wall for children in Calcutta. It seemed appropriate for this season of Lent.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
People may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives if you are kind. Be kind anyway.
If you succeed, you will win some unfaithful friends and genuine enemies. Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and sincere, people may deceive you. Be open and frank anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today will often be forgotten. Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.
In yet another example, the following by Unknown is illustrative of our doubts during a crisis, a beautiful poem named Footprints on the Sand:
________________________________________
Footprints in the Sand
Footprints in the Sand is a lovely poem!

One night, I dreamed a dream.
As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
Across the dark sky, I flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
One belonging to me and one to my Lord.
After the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that at many times along the path of my life,
especially at the very lowest and saddest times,
There was only one set of footprints.
This troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it.
“Lord, you said once I decided to follow you,
You’d walk with me all the way.
But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,
There was only one set of footprints.
I don’t understand why you would leave me when I needed You the most.”
He whispered, “My precious child, I love you and will never leave you.
Never, ever, during your trials and tests.
When you saw only one set of footprints,
It was then that I carried you.”
In other words, it is expected to have doubts during tough times. Still, suppose we stay adhering to the truth that God, Divine Mind, is all in all and is the only power on earth and is the cause and effect of every event in this universe. In that case, our human mind will appeal to the Divine Mind, God inside us, and the channels of communication between our material brain and Divine Mind will be opened, and solutions will appear, even if the answer is to stay put and submit everything to God. That is what humility is all about, and we will realize that Spiritual Thinking is ultimately the Power of the Infinite Mind in action.

Spiritual Thinking is the Ultimate Way to Show Material Nothingness

Luke 12:15
He told the people, “Be careful to guard yourselves from greed. Life is not about having a lot of material possessions.”
1 John 2:16-17
Everything in the world—the desire for fleshly gratification, the greed for possessions, and worldly arrogance—is not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires are fading, but the person who does God’s will remains forever.
Proverbs 27:20
Just as Death and Destruction are never satisfied, human desire is never satisfied.
1 Timothy 6:9-10
But people who long to be rich fall into temptation and are trapped by many foolish and harmful desires that plunge them into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from their true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.
James 4:2-4https://www.thinkspiritually.net/?p=2717&preview=true
You want what you don’t have and scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have but can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it. And even when you ask, you don’t get it because your motives are all wrong—you want only what will give you pleasure. You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I repeat it: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God.
Ecclesiastes 6:9
Enjoy what you have rather than desire what you don’t have. Just dreaming about nice things is meaningless, like chasing the wind.
Ecclesiastes 5:10-11
Those who love money will never have enough. How meaningless to think that wealth brings true happiness! The more you have, the more people come to help you spend it. So what good is wealth—except perhaps to watch it slip through your fingers!
Ecclesiastes 2:11
But as I looked at everything I had worked so hard to accomplish, it wasn’t very sensible—like chasing the wind. There was nothing worthwhile anywhere.
Ecclesiastes 4:8
This is the case of a man who is alone, without a child or a brother, yet works hard to gain as much wealth as possible. But then he asks himself, “Whom am I working for? Why am I giving up so much pleasure now?” It is all so meaningless and depressing.
Hebrews 13:5
Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.
Mark 4:19
but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth, and the desires for other things choke the word, making it unfruitful.
When we are born, none of us are born with a gold chain on our neck or a Diamond Ring. In the same way, when we die, we cannot take all the wealth and material possessions we have accumulated. In this deceptive digital age, there is no shortage of greed for material wealth, social status, or material possessions. It is so ingrained in people that it pits the haves with the have-nots and promotes unhealthy comparisons and competition, resulting in so much divisiveness. The morally depraved politicians incite even more aggression among people who have forgotten their origin. If they think about God and understand His goodness and grace, they will know that all of us are His creation, and He blesses us all equally without discrimination. All that is required of us is an unabiding faith and trust in Him and knowing that He is all in all and resides in each of us from birth until death, and He is the engine of life, making us functional. Once we understand that and seek His help whenever we need it, He is ready to help. A systematic way of approaching Him daily is to synchronize our human ego-derived thoughts with the Divine Mind, God inside us. By practice, we will realize this becomes habitual, and we always receive God’s ideas and inputs. We have termed it Spiritual Thinking. When we practice Spiritual Thinking, which becomes chronic, our thoughts and actions stay on course, like staying in your lane on the highway. We enjoy peace, harmony, prosperity, and happiness for all others who do the same.

When God created man in His image and likeness, He wanted man to be able to think for himself, and so he gave him a material brain. However, selfish men deviated from God’s intended and developed an ego and pride. Man used ego-derived thoughts to conquer and overpower other God-created human beings. He started accumulating wealth way beyond his needs. He used his wealth to subjugate others, develop a superiority complex over others, leading to Racist attitudes, and take advantage of other human beings. Human-developed systems were also designed to favor these selfish individuals, and economies were based on lies and misinformation to exploit the best people. This system and behavior are responsible for prominent large-scale manifestations such as global warming, pandemics, poverty, etc. A few people in the minority, however, remained, tied themselves to the help available from the Divine Mind, God inside everyone 24/7, and started meditating on all the Goo that God intended. By doing so, we recognize God as the only power in the universe and the cause and effect of everything that happens. These affirmations and meditations synchronized our ego-derived thoughts with the Divine Mind inside us, refining them and developing them into God-like thoughts and actions. This is termed Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of lives of peace, prosperity, and happiness. The result of such spiritual thinking is the futility of thinking materially based on un reality, and that God is all in all and proving the nothingness of materiality in terms of peace and happiness.

From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness.
