Spiritual Thinking is the simple Vision to See Farther.

Spiritual Thinking is the simple Vision to See Farther.

Hebrews 11:27
By faith, he forsook Egypt, not fearing the king’s wrath; for he endured as seeing Him who is invisible.
Ecclesiastes 7:19
Wisdom strengthens the wise More than ten rulers of the city.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Human progress depends on how much we can imagine beyond what we can see and feel by having a vision and insight into the invisible. It is like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, even when it is entirely dark. It is like seeing the dawn while it is still midnight. Where does it come from? It comes from having faith that things will be better than the present. Faith is defined in Hebrews Chapter 11:1:

Hebrews 11:1
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
.
Everyone can see what you can see with your eyes. But to be able to see beyond is spiritual perception. For this, you need to focus your thoughts.
Riveting focus from spiritual thinking
Sometimes untoward or unexpected adverse things happen in life. These accidents happen because we are distracted from what we are doing. When we think spiritually, we can avoid accidents by synchronizing our human mind with the Divine mind. This is because we get riveting focus from spiritual thinking. Spiritual thinking aims to remove our distracting human thoughts. We should synchronize our ideas with the views of the Divine. We can become conscious of our thoughts and the opinions of others by paying attention to them. This can help us to avoid accidents.
Spiritual thinking can help us by putting things into perspective. We can consider the larger picture of something and think more broadly. We can see the good and the bad in things and realize how to deal with them. We can also make judgments more objectively. We can evaluate a situation in terms of what is right and wrong. This is possible because our emotions do not sway us, and we are not affected by our judgments.
In addition to the above, we can also avoid accidents by spiritual thinking because it helps us to understand the truth of life. When we learn the truth, we can have a more satisfying life. We can gain more understanding and learn how to live harmoniously with others. We can also learn how to have better relationships with others.
2. Know God
We can avoid accidents by being close to God. We can develop an intimate relationship with God when we get close to him. We can be more conscious of our innermost thoughts and feelings. We can connect with God. This can be done through prayer. We can learn to live a more pure life by being close to God.
3. Have Faith
We can be confident of God’s love and help when we are close to God. We can know that God loves us and will not let us down. We can understand that God will not let us face any accidents. We can also believe in God and that he will help us.
4. Have Hope
We can be confident of God’s help when we are close to God. We can know that God will not let us face any accidents. We can also have hope that God will help us. We can have faith in God. We can have a good relationship with God.
5. Have Gratitude
When we are close to God, we can have gratitude. We can thank God for helping us. We can also thank God for being with us. We can also thank God for giving us the gift of life.
6. Have Compassion
When we are close to God, we can have compassion. We can have sympathy for others. We can be merciful. We can also show compassion for those who are suffering.
7. Have Peace
When we are close to God, we can have peace. We can have peace of mind. We can be at peace.
Bold and creative ideas from thinking spiritually
What are your ideas? Can you see an idea? No! Ideas are thoughts handed from God, Infinite Mind, the divine mind, to the human mind. At this stage, those ideas are just concepts. A receptive human mind, synchronized with the divine mind, is receptive to the idea. The human mind can then turn the idea into action. Let me offer you an example. A sculptor has a picture of one of the goddesses, Saraswati, and when he sees a rock, he sees her sculpture in the stone. So he chips away from the extraneous portions of the stone with a chistle and hammer. The different people looking at this stage can only see a rock till the sculpture is ready. They can then admire. Since the Divine Mind has endless ideas, God can pass very ambitious and imaginative thoughts to the human mind. An architect can see the building he designs even before he designs it. A Music composer can experience a song earlier than he creates it. So spiritual thinking can provide us with ambitious ideas. We can get bold and exciting thoughts with the valuable resource of thinking spiritually.
Because an architect can conceive a building before he designs it, or a composer can construct a piece in his mind before he plays a composition, there are no divine principles and laws. The law of gravitation existed before Sir Isaac Newton thought of the idea of gravitation from falling apples from a tree. God’s laws and principles were always there, eternal, just as the spirit is. The laws of aerodynamics were always there, with God-created birds flying before the Wright brothers discovered a machine to wash. Now we are exploring space, and one day, we can journey to the Moon or Mars the same way we fly in a plane to different countries at high speeds. These kinds of progress are possible because we have spiritual thinkers who are receptive to ideas from the Divine Mind and generate new technologies. In conclusion, Bold and creative ideas develop from spiritual thinking.
In these turbulent times, our human mind needs must think clearly to be able to meet all the challenges we face, such as greenhouse gases, global warming, and climate change consequences of that, resources such as food, health care, poverty, unequal distribution of wealth, etc. and we need God’s help with newer and bolder ideas to implement. It is, therefore, essential that we keep our human mind clear of clutter and be able to connect with the Divine Mind to be able to receive new ideas for solving all our problems effectively.

Spiritual Thinking Makes it easy during Tough Times.
We all go through tough times sometimes in life. It can be personal, like health, financial, emotional, etc., or it could be communal or national such as the current pandemic. It may feel like we are alone, and each minute seems like unity. But does it have to be that way.?Not necessarily. If we remember that God, Brahman, or Divine Mind is with us, helping us 24/7, it will get much more manageable. God does not worry about whether some problem is complex because He is the Cause and Effect, and He even knows when the issue will end. So we need assurance that he is always there to protect and guide us. So when we think spiritually, our human mind, which causes all the fear, is synchronized with the Divine Mind,d we feel comfortable and happy. We do not even worry about our difficult times; time passes quickly. So when we are thinking spiritually, it makes it easy during tough times. We feel like God is carrying us on His shoulders.
I had my s; Ie of difficult times. When I left the corporate world, I faced one obstacle after another; First, when my business went down, we lost our home, and without a job, two teenage kids, and a wife, I had to undergo several career changes and move to India to retire. I resurrected then d my consulting career. Then, my wife developed breast cancer, and though she recovered quickly, she passed away. Next, my daughter, who was finishing her Ph.D. in theology, passed away. Soon I had to undergo a triple bypass heart surgery. God, Brahman, the Divine Mind was with us through all this ordeal,l and I came out pretty healthy. But soon after the pandemic started d Divine Mind directed me to share my knowledge of God and the Divine mind with others during the pandemic to give hope and assurance to others. I started this by creating spiritual groups and sharing thoughts on Whatsapp, and I found it so enjoyable that I decided to start a blog. I know it is difficult, but I have much fun with God holding my hands.
I want to share some Bible verses that were comforting to me during these times and made life easier:
• Nehemiah 8:10 “Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
• Psalm9:9-10 “The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.”
• Psalm 34:10 b “Those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.”
• Psalm 55:22 “Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
• Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
• Isaiah 41:10 “ Fear thou not for I am with thee. Be not dismayed; I am thy God. I will strengthen thee and uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
There are several more, but knowing that God, the divine mind is with us 24/7 gives us strength and courage to move on. That is why things seem more manageable when synchronizing our human mind with the holy sense. Spiritual thinking makes it easy during tough times.
I will conclude with the title of a book that the late Reverend Robert Schuller wrote: “ Tough times don’t last, but tough people do.”
Spiritual Thinking – Gift to Overcome Fear
“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself,” FDR said during his inaugural address in 1933.
Isaiah 41:10 – Fear thou not for I am with thee. Be not dismayed, for I am thy God. I’ll strengthen thee. Yea, I’ll uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
We are all bound by fear sometimes in our lives. There are all kinds of anxiety, fear of the unknown, fear of disease such as the current pandemic, fear of parents, fear of exams, and fear of an authoritative boss. But does it have to be that way? No! as I had previously mentioned, God, the Divine Mind, is with,h us all the time and guiding us 24/7. The human ego constantly drives the mind, which is afraid of everything and is the origin of fear. Suppose we synchronize our human mind with the divine through constant affirmations and prayer. In that case, we will be at peace and be able to assess the situations more rationally and realistically, and the fear will be gone.
Let us analyze some of the common fears that we will have to deal with in our daily lives and how thinking spiritually will help us overcome them;
• Fear of the unknown :
• This is probably the most common fear we deal with. Remember, when Israelites left Egypt away from the hardships they faced under the Pharaohs, Moses led them to a land of their own. With Pharoh’s army following them, they ran into the Red sea and were afraid of being slaughtered. They were even more scared when Moses asked them to walk right through the sea. Moses was able to seek Divine Mind’s help, and nothing was impossible for God. The sea, aided by solid winds, parted into two, making way for the Jewish people to cross through. We are facing a similar situation, with the Pandemic holding us by the throat for nearly two years globally. Spiritually speaking, this manifests unreality; like any other disease, most believe in the Pandemic. Vaccines have been helpful, but the virus seems to be a few steps ahead. The vaccines are a necessary materialistic solution, giving us time to reflect. Even in this worldly temporal solution, it is obvious there is a spiritual angle to it. Because the virus is so very contagious, even though some of us may be free from infection, the God-like selflessness we can show by protecting our fellow human beings by getting vaccinated and wearing masks since we all probably carry the virus. However, we may be immune from infection. Spiritually thinking is the basic courtesy we can show our fellow human beings. The ultimate disappearance of the virus will depend on a majority of human beings demonstrating the unreality of the virus by synchronizing our minds with the Divine Mind in each of us. While the disease is one of the unknowns, there are other unknowns, such as the future in turbulent times, such as the fast climate changes that cause devastating earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, etc. In each of these cases, our thinking is if we do not constantly seek Divine Mind’s guidance.
• Fear of authoritarian superiors:
• This probably is a significant cause of fear both in workplaces as well as in non-democratic situations. I had occasions when I had superiors who fit this category; when I think about it, authoritarians tend to be that way because of extreme insecurity in themselves and their need to constate assurance that they are wiser than others. Some even bincrediblyremely parWhen I felt that I could offer reassurance to them, they were even more paranoid and insecure, making it very difficult. Of course, they are also great excellent the God and Divine Mind, and we can feel compassion towards them as much as possible until God finds a way. But certainly, God has given us the gift of thinking spiritually, which will help us overcome our fear of them. It must be difficult for people living in non-democratic countries under authoritarian rule. Spiritual thinking is a gift to overcome fear.
• Fear of Parents, exams, etc.:
• By properly analyzing and with compassion and spiritual thinking, we will go through these only for our good and are necessities that we have to go through. This will ease our fears and be able to think clearly through these situations.
• In conclusion, spiritual thinking is God’s gift to overcome fear, and we can use it best.

Spiritual thinking is a gift in this age of anxiety
Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
In this age of anxiety, especially with the pandemic raging across the globe, we need God’s Divine Mind’s help in coping with everyday problems. In addition, frequent lockdowns, school closings, and kids with little social and physical interaction like sports are mental challenges for all of us. Even so, it is comforting to know that God, Brahman, and Divine Mind are always present and active, aiding our thinking.
According to doctors, anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders, rs; one in five adults has some form of depression in the United States. This is usually preceded by long-term stress or a sudden adverse event such as the death of a close one. A form of an anxiety attack, called a panic attack, occurs in some individuals and lasts from a few minutes to a few hours each time. In both cases, doctors recommend cooling down by counting from 1 to 10, closing your eyes, and focusing on some object to regain some control. Since both are caused by mental stress, especially during this pandemic and politically divisive environment, it will be an excellent idea to practice meditation or yoga, like spiritual thinking.
As we had covered before, spiritual thinking involves recognizing God, the Divine Mind’s presence in us all the time. We must connect our human mind to it by constantly affirming God’s goodness and Love for us d reciting some prayers or verses to assure ourselves that He is holding our hand in every problematic situation. As I had discussed in one of my earlier posts, Spiritual thinking is a gift in this age of anxiety.
The present divisive politics and the pandemic have created very stressful times for all of us around the globe, with nations fighting for every resource available ( Including vaccines, hospital facilities, and other health care ), causing a challenging supply chain crisis everywhere. As a result, people have become short-tempered, causing further disturbances. More than anytime else, we need to remember that God, the Divine Mind, has unlimited resources to help us, and all we have to do is recognize this and believe in only one reality, that God is all-in-all. If we constantly remind ourselves of all our concerns and anxieties will disappear. Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

Spiritual thinking makes you superior in what you do
Corinthians 2:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord and not for human masters.”
We all want to excel in our profession or whatever we do. It is a natural desire. A music composer wants to create a great composition. Mozart was only satisfied once he got it perfect. It is not easy to make it to the NBA, and when you become a baseball player, you want to be like Michael Jordan, Le Bron James, or Kobe Bryant. How do you become like that? It is hard work and constant practice. That requires undevoted attention to your work and staying focused. When you practice spiritual thinking, it becomes easier. It makes you superior in what you do. Why is that? Because by understanding that God, the divine mind is active all the time in each of us. If you synchronize your thinking with the Divine mind and get this synchronization into your consciousness, your actions become intuitive and free from distractions. Why? Since God’s divine reason is always perfect, you also become superior. Thus spiritual thinking makes you unique in whatever you do.

You can learn to drive a car and start driving. But all that learning will be helpful only if you intuitively know what to do when suddenly a child runs in front of the vehicle. You do not have time to think about whether to turn to avoid the child or apply the brakes, etc. You have to act. If you have been practicing synchronizing your human mind with the divine mind by getting all your knowledge into your consciousness, then Divine Mind will make your actions intuitive all the time. Getting all the inside you acquire by various means into your consciousness is necessary. That is the conduit between the human mind and the divine mind, and the intuitive actions arrive through that conduit in a split second. I discussed these in one of my previous posts:
The synchronization of human thoughts with the Divine Mind is the core foundation of spiritual thinking. To do that, you must pray consistently and affirm the truth of only one reality: God, the Divine Mind, is all in all. The validity and only existence are responsible for every cause and effect in this universe. In the Upanishads, it is referred to as Brahman, and seeking and affirming is called “OM.” So whatever form we see God in, we start with “OM” followed by that form, an implicit recognition of the ‘self’ the christ inside you. That is why when you constantly practice, and the prayers and affirmations get ingrained in your consciousness, you ultimately attain Self Realization.

Spiritual thinking brings out the non-conformist in you
Romans 12:2- “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Let us see what conformity and non-conformity are. Conformity is aligning with everyone’s thinking and behavior so that you are accepted as one of the members of a particular group. There is nothing abnormal about it; This originates from a fear that you will be left alone if you are different.
Non-conformity, on the other hand, is being different. Non-conformists are not bound by any fear, usually very creative and independent, and are self-driven. They do not disrespect others, but they are just different. Bosses typically do not like them because they are not yes-yes people and are not afraid to disagree because they can see something others do not.
If you are a spiritual thinker and follow directions you get from the Divine Mind because you synchronize your thoughts with God, the chances are that you will be a non-conformist because you think differently. This is a trait of creative and productive people because they think spiritually. Intelligent bosses appreciate having a few non-conformists for higher productivity. Spiritual thinking brings out the non-conformist in you. So tread cautiously if you are working for an insecure, non-spiritual boss.
Thinking spiritually enables you to see farther and with more excellent vision than conformists, who can see only close to themselves. Because they can see further, non-conformists can visualize far more and better solutions to problems and do not shy away from solving problems in different ways. This is usually not obvious to others since they cannot see too far. Only when the non-conformists become egoistic will others dislike them and start losing their spiritual thinking capacity. If you practice spiritual thinking correctly, you are assured that this is not happening. Spiritual reflection automatically eliminates egoism, but be humble.

Management systems prefer conformists because it is much easier to control them. That is why they would want Robots if the management systems understand spirituality and the advantage of having spiritual thinkers around. Then, life and work will be much more harmonious, and everyone will enjoy their work and be productive.

The blue ball will stand out if you have 50 white balls and one blue ball. That is what happens with spiritual thinkers who stand out. Spiritual thinking brings out the non-conformist in you. Remember that creative people such as Thomas Edison, Graham Bell, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and the list can keep going, that we have made considerable strides in technology, and all these people dared to think differently and were non-conformists. So if you believe spiritually and can synchronize your thoughts with the Divine Mind, feel glad that you will stand out as a non-conformist. That may be your calling.
In conclusion, a word of caution. Spiritual thinking will bring out the non-conformist pioneer in you.

From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness. This is called Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of peaceful bliss in our lives."
