Spiritual Thinking is a Simple Way to Think Like God.

Spiritual Thinking is a Simple Way to Think Like God.

Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by renewing your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
Romans 8:28
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Isaiah 40:31
Yet those who wait for the Lord
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.

In Genesis Chapter 1, we know that man was created in the image and likeness of God, the creator. Since man veered away from being like God as he learned to think based on his human ego and selfish interests, God is always present in him 24/7 to help him when needs. In Spiritual Thinking, through affirmations of one reality that God is all in all and through prayers ,we synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind and by constant practice, we think as God does.
Spiritual Thinking is the simple discovery of God within us.

We all recognize that Power drives our breathing in and out from birth to death. When this Power leaves, the material body with all organs intact does not work anymore. No one can see the Power enter the body at birth or when it leaves. It is neither a material battery nor an electric current that can drive all the organs to function nor some sensor that can activate our material senses, such as vision, touch, hearing, taste, or smell. All these senses also go away when a person dies, indicating that these are also material. The Upanishads call this Power that drives the engine of life Brahman and the phenomenon as OM. The OM refers to the Power that can’t be seen but is responsible for creating everything that can be seen and felt.
The Vedas prescribe many rituals and rites to access this Power for all our needs and desires. To make it simple, Hindus worship several deities, but all the worshipping rituals and traditions start with OM, OM Namo Narayana, OM Nama Shivaya, OM Vigneswaraya Namaha, etc. It means that we see God, Brahman, a tacit acknowledgment that it refers to the Power inside us in these various forms. God, Brahman, Divine Mind, Christ, and Allah are all synonyms of God in different religions and cultures, but they are all the same. The Vedas, the primary scriptures of Hindu Philosophy, were taught orally by Hindu prophets, called Rishis, orally for thousands of years. It is believed that the disciples were asked to summarise the essence of what they had learned, and the result was the over 100 Upanishads. Though some Upanishads emphasize rites and rituals as part of the worship, a large majority emphasize OM and Brahman as the source of life and every cause and effect in this universe.

While God, Brahman, and Divine Mind are one supreme Power, it is present in each of us as a whole. This part drives people who cannot conceptualize believing in some deity or form they can see and worship. To illustrate it, I used the concept of infinity in mathematics, and I will do it again. It is called infinity for a considerable number that numeral digits cannot describe; any number added to, subtracted by, multiplied, or divided by is also infinity. So when God, Infinite Mind, is separated by billions of living being in the universe is still Infinite Mind. In other words, One Supreme Power, God, can be present in everyone. I have explained this in an earlier post, ‘The Power of almighty OM and infinity’”

Though most of us do not think of God daily, we all call for help when we are in trouble. For example, if we fly in a plane and encounter turbulent weather and the captain turns on the fasten seat belt sign, we start praying without knowing who or where God is. However, if we practice Spiritual Thinking through affirmations of the truth and brain will automatically be free of all fear and rest assured that God is right with us.

After practicing Spiritual Thinking by synchronizing all our human thoughts with the ever-present Divine Mind, we would start recognizing that God is present 24/7 within us and is so close that we do not have to look for Him in temples, churches, or elsewhere. In essence, Spiritual Thinking is the simple discovery of God within us.

Spiritual Thinking leads to a simple, stress-free life.

Spiritual Thinking is thoughts derived from God, the Divine Mind, which is present in each one of us by synchronizing human studies with the Divine Mind. God, Divine Mind, is the cause and effect of everything in this universe and is the Supreme Power that drives the engine of life from birth to death in each of us. This Power is responsible for breathing in and out, and this Powe,r that cannot be seen enters the body at birth and leaves the body unseen at death. Without this Power, all the material organs cannot function even though they are all intact after death for a while Life and its meaning will become a little clearer once we understand this success Jesus “Verily, verily I say unto you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do; for what things he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.” [John 5:19.]
When God, Divine Mind, created man in his image and likeness, God wanted man to reflect His image. However, God also allowed man to think and act for himself. Unfortunately, man developed several characteristics like egoism, greed, hatred towards others, wanting to dominate others, enslaving other human beings, etc. This led to competition among men to achieve power and authority, racism, casteism, crimes, etc. The practice of these qualities led to various divisions among men, like rich and poor, haves and have-nots, and so on. God, who is present as a Divine Mind in us all the time, was also available to help us if we were to seIsm. It reis pairablepailable to us all the time through Spiritual Thinking.
Spiritual thinking seeks Divine Mind’s help in solving every problem we have. When we pray seeking God’s help and acknowledge that the only reality of God is all in all and He is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Omniscient and is the cause and effect of everything that happens in this universe, our human thoughts are synchronized with the Divine Mind. Consequently, all Divine Mind’s thoughts are passed on to the human mind, d we follow the instructions. Since God has infinite resources, there will never be any meeting our needs and desires. When the Israelites were wandering in the desert, Manna fell from heaven to feed them, and when Moses struck a rock, water kept flowing to quench their thirst. Divine will always supply all our needs and fulfill our desires. In return, we obediently follow His Divine Thoughts given to us freely through Spiritual Thinking. Whereas the human mind led by our ego leads to competition, hatred, greed, and racism, Spiritual Thinking leads us to peace, happiness, and prosperity.
While Spiritual Thinking involves some self-discipline, constant prayers, and affirmation of the truth, it becomes habitual after some time. While it is fficult to listen to God’s thoughts passed on to us, it almost becomes second nature after some time, and it becomes natural to turn these thoughts into actions. Also, become ,very honest, like applying the brakes in the car without thinking about it. This is why all the stress in daily life disappears, and we can live stress-free. Spiritual Thinking leads to a stress-free life habitually and unconsciously.

Self-realization is the ultimate benefit of Spiritual Thinking.

God, Divine Mind, and Brahman created man in His image and likeness. He also gave the man an independent mind to think and act independently. Whereas God, Brahman, is the creator and cause and effect of everything happening in this universe, one of the unintended consequences of God’s creation was an unfettered ego that the human mind depends on. The ego, which is referred to in the Upanishads as ‘AHAM,” is precisely the opposite of ‘OM’ which is the Power that protects us 24/7 and is referred to as Christ, Atman, or inner self that is constantly guiding us in the right direction for having peace and harmony all the time. On the other hand, the ego or AHAM always makes the man think of himself as the supreme power and develops all undesirable qualities such as pride, hate, and a feeling of superiority over other human beings, which leads to fascism, racism, casteism, etc. Since the ego is derived from the human brain, it has its limitations regarding intelligence, patience, anger, etc. Conquering the ego is the challenge God, Divine Mind, and Brahman have given to all his creations as humans. The only way to beat the Ego is to understand that there is only one reality, God, Divine Mind, Brahman. This supreme power is present in each of tofuconstant affirmations of one Truth or Reality a,nd prayers can keep reinforcing the only truth, which starts melting away and opening the continuous communication of human thoughts with the Divine Mind. As this communication channel becomes a superhighway, our actions also start reflecting that high speed communication, and we start behaving in the image that God created us. This should be the ultimate goal and purpose of each human being. Adi Sankara, the greatest exponent of Upanishads, calls this the Advaita Vedanta and is the only pathway to salvation or Moksha not to be caught up in the birth-death cycles. This state of consciousness of this ingrained Truth is called Seeal Serialization, the societies which emphasize and thrust all illusions and unrealities on us each day, such as poverty, sickness, hunger, greed, disparity, wars, etc., to keep the economy running at the cost of spirituality results ultimately in pandemics, mental illnesses, depression, addiction, etc. which are manifestations of unrealities. If w Suppose we want to be free of these false manifestations and enjoy peace, harmony, and happiness. In that case, we will have to destroy the sources of these illusions, which can be done only by affirmations of Truth and constant prayer, and keep unclogging the communication channells between human thoughts and the Divine Mind. An automatic benefit of these affirmations and continuous prayer will be self-realization. Self Realization opens us to achieve salvation which, however, is bestowed only by God. In conclusion, Self Realization is the ultimate benefit of spiritual thinking. An earlier post covered ‘Affirmations and prayers for Divine Mind synchronization.

Spiritual Thinking is the simple Truth that life begins after birth.

In earlier posts, we had outlined the Divine Mind is the supreme power that drives the engine of life from birth until death. This power, the sole creator of every that in this universe, is also present in each, helping us 2ordereddred to as the Divine Mind. Human thoughts, derived from the  brain and engineered by the human ego, are detrimental and lead only to division, hatred, hypocrisy, authoritarian attitudes, etc. Spiritual thinking leads to thoughts derived from God, the Divine Mind, by synchronizing human the studies the Divine Mind by constantly affirming the truth that God is all in all and prayers. This process leads to peace and harmony, free from all stress, and is all good.
The Divine Mind, God, Spirit, OM, and Brahman pass Divine thoughts to the human mind when all the ego-derived thoughts are eliminated. The Divine Mind enables us to breathe in our material body and all organs in the body work only after the when the umbilical cord is cut. In the Divine Mind, God enters the body and makes it run until death. Once the Divine Mind, leaves the body, all the material body and organs, including the heart and brain, stop functioning. The earthly body then decays. Thus the Simple Truth is that Life begins only after the Divine Mind, and God enters the body after birth. This entrance of the Spirit cannot be seen by human eyes, just as much as it cannot be seen by human eyes when the spirit leaves the body at death.

Until a baby is born, all its oxygen and life sustenance is provided by the Divine Mind present in the mother. Without this support, the fetus cannot survive and have no independent existence. This is a fundamental truth of God’s creation, and God has made the mother the sole person responsible for the fetus’ sustenance inside the womb. This fact should be considered before any laws or judgments enacted or o their interpretations based on one go are forced into the performance of the constitution. This is true for humans and every living animal or other species. God has bestowed the power of sustaining the life of an unborn solely on the mother and not even on the father. It will show incredible disrespect to God if this power is usurped from the mother.

Even in situations where a fetus is carried until birth by a surrogate mother, the prerogatives of the mother are legally transferred to the surrogate until the baby is br. There is no basis for outside interference except for medically sound reasons. Spiritual thinking ascribes all power to God, and it is therefore prudent to respect His authority to make the Mother the sole guardian of the fetus during the entire pregnancy and her moral decisions based on her spiritual thinking. Since we know that God, The Spirit, does not start sustaining life until after birth to death, it seems unethical to usurp the mother’s authority during pregnancy.

One can argue that the fetus inside a mother is growing n, living. We are not disputing that the fetus is alive. So does a colony of bacteria or sponges in the ocean. The critical question is whether the fetus can survive othe island breathe independently. Only at that stage does the Spentetodaydy control and guidsustenancece and survival. That is when Divine Mind takes charge. Until then, the only person who has complete authority bestowed by God is the pregnant mother. We cannot belittle this fundamental truth. Even when an IVF is involved in a pregnancy, and a surrogate mother is contracted, the authority lies with the donor and surrogate mother. Outside interference, except on medical grounds, is unethical and immoral. The outside people of concern can always pray and appeal to God for the welfare of the fetus and the mother but recognize that they have no right to interfere. Thus, Spiritual Thinking makes it unethical to interfere, whether it be with the Government, Courts, or other authorities.

Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful experience of walking with God.

One night I dreamed a dream.
As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
One belonging to me and one to my Lord.
After the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that many times along the path of my life,
especially at the very lowest and saddest times,
There was only one set of footprints.
This troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it.
“Lord, you said once I decided to follow you,
You’d walk with me all the way.
But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,
There was only one set of footprints.
I don’t understand why you would leave me when I needed You the most.”
He whispered, “My precious child, I love you and will never leave you.
Never, ever, during your trials and tests.
When you saw only one set of footprints,
It was then that I carried you.”

God, Divine Mind is present in each of us 24/7 helping us and keeping us alive. The supreme power powers our life from birth until death and is the cause and effect of every effect we witness in this universe, whether it be an earthquake, tsunami, pandemic, war, or peace. When we fully understand this and get it into our consciousness, our human thoughts, derived from the human materialistic ego, get synchronized with the one Divine Mind present in each of us, our life becomes peaceful and harmonious, and our problems get solved by the Divine Power. The Vedas call this power the creator, as Brahman. Our objective is to realize this. We enjoy peace and harmony when we pray and constantly affirm that this power is what Spiritual Thinking is. We attribute all control to God, Brahman, and The Divine Mind. The net result is that we get our intuitive thoughts passed on by the Divine Mind to the human consciousness. As God’s creation, it is our job to affirm this Powerter the constant practice of Spiritual Thinking constantly; our actions become intuitive since the super highway of communications is opened between the human mind and the Divine Mind. Thus Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful experience of walking with God,
In the above poem, the human mind thinks God abandoned him during difficult times. The truth is that during difficult times God, The Divine Mind, is the one seeing us through a difficult period. The human mind, derived from the human ego, thinks that all accomplishments are on their own and that all failures are derived from God. The truth is the opposite. That is what God Brahman reminds us of in the above poem. While it is so simple to think spiritually and walk with God all the time, a lay man would think otherwise. This is because while it is easy to see all material things, it is hard to understand that they all originate from the spirit. Spirit, which cannot be seen, creates everything material that we can see.
This is why Jesus said, In the King James Version of the Bible, the text reads: Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for. Your r life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, his righteousness, and all these. things shall be added unto you.
Mathew 6:25 and 6:33
Thus Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful experience of walking with God in our lives.

Spiritual Thinking is a simple path to Divine Self.

In Genesis chapter 1, we find God created man in his image and likeness. However, when man deviated, he developed an ego for himself, and this ego is based on the human materialistic brain and mind that led him to create a lot of undesirable qualities such as hatred, pride, arrogance, a feeling of superiority over other human beings as well as an authoritarian attitude. These qualities led him on a destructive path of lying and cheating, playing one against another, and having a constant selfish attitude. He also developed a fascination with a materialistic self that is always in conflict with the Divine Self, God, and Band Rahman present in each of us.

God, Divine Mind, and Brahman enter each living being at birth when the umbilical cord is cut. At that point, the breathing and control of all body organs and the brain are controlled by the Infinite, Divine Mind until death. As God bestows man to think on his own, his material brain drifts and develops a human ego. If this ego is not checked, it can cultivate all undesirable qualities in a man. That is the primary reason for us to develop spiritual qualities, by thinking about all the beautiful things in nature and start appreciating how these things evolved. As we understand the goodness of God and how much He loves us all, we start suppressing our human ego. With the continued development of Spiritual Thinking, through constant prayers and synchronizing human thoughts with the Divine Mind, the Divine Mind constantly helps us, and the destructive human ego is destroyed. Instead, we understand that God is all in all and is the only cause and effect in this universe. Hence, Jesus’ saying, “on my initiative or authority. Just as I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just (fair, righteous, unbiased) because I do not seek My own, I can do nothing “… ( John 5:30 ).
In an earlier post, we discussed the concepts of Reality (Truth ) and Unreality (Illusions).
One of the Upanishads, Mundyokupanishad, talks about our materialistic life as a dream, illusion, and dreams we experience within a plan. Just as when we wake up from a dream, we realize that there was no reality to what we experienced while we were sleeping, even though it looked so real, and most often, we even remember those dreams when we are awake. The materialistic world operates on people’s illusions to keep the economies going. The politicians rely on people believing in their lies and falsehoods, the doctors rely on their patients feeling sick of some made-up diseases, and the insurance companies exploit people thinking that some tragic event is happening. The lawyers rely on people believing they will be dispossessed of their material wealth by a lawsuit, etc. This list can keep going. As if this is not enough, IT companies develop more gadgets to see virtual realities so that they do not have to deal with the Truth that there is only one reality, that God, Divine Mind is all in all. Spiritual Thinking only relies on this Truth and synchronizes with the Divine Mind through prayers and affirmations.
Spiritual Thinking enables us to see through all unrealities and demonstrate the manifestation of what is Real.
Spiritual Thinking enables us to see and feel the God, the
Divine Mind present in each of us for peace, harmony, and happiness all the time, coming from the Divine Self. Thus Spiritual Thinking is the simple path to Divine Self.

Spiritual Thinking is the simple truth of a living being.
The scientific statement of being and correlative scripture
The scientific idea of being
There is no life, truth, intelligence, or substance in matter. All is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all. Spirit is immortal Truth; matter is mortal error. Spirit is natural and eternal; matter is unreal and temporal. Spirit is God, and man is His image and likeness. Therefore man is not material; he is spiritual.
From Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures
by Mary Baker Eddy, p. 468:9–15
Its correlative scripture
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure.
I John 3:1–3

When God created the earth and Man, He made him in His image and likeness. He gave man the ability to think and act responsibly and was there to help him when he needed it, as the Divine Mind was present in him 24/7. As a consequence of man’s devious thinking away from the Divine Mind, several other things were created which could not think but grow, like bacteria, fungi, sponges in the ocean, mold, mildew, cancer cells, etc., which grew on its feeding on God’s creations but did not have a mind to be able to think. I would call them Living Things as opposed to Living Beings. Living Beings s have humans and animals who can think independently, with varying capacities, whereas living things can not. We must understand this difference since it is critical to our thinking, especially spiritual reflection. Whereas the Spirit constantly guides living things, Divine Mind, living things are material in character. Hence living things, being material, cannot be spiritual and are capable of hurting, such as bacteria, viruses, or metal objects. In addition, living beings can distinguish between good and wrong, be discrete in their selections, and exercise good judgment. This is because of their constant input from the Spirit, the Divine Mind, that is always in them 24/7.
When a woman conceives, the product inside will only be a Living Thing; as the fetus grows, it is still only a living thing. It can exist only because the mother supplies the fetus with all the nutrition and oxygen for survival. Only when the baby is delivered and the umbilical cord is cut, the spirit enters the baby just at that precise moment, and the baby becomes a living human being capable of existence on its own, controlled by the Divine Mind, which takes control. Until birth, God, spirit, and the Divine Mind bestow all the responsibility and care on the mother. It is absurd to legislate on her decisions about what she can or cannot do, except when her own life is in danger, and Doctors will have to intervene.
Once you become a living being, it is up to individuals whether they want to take advantage of the Divine Mind present in each of us. We enjoy peace, prosperity, and happiness if we develop the smartness to synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind through spiritual thinking. We synchronize our human studies with the Divine Mind present in us through Affirmations and Prayer for Divine Mind Synchronization.
If we let our human minds wander, like many politicians, we choose to live in hell even during our lifetime. That is a choice and a privilege that living beings have.
There is a clear distinction between Living Things and Living Beings, and understanding the difference between the two will enable us to understand God’s creation. One is distinctly material and the other spiritual.
