Spiritual Thinking is a simple way for great results
Philippians 4:13
13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
1 John 5:4
4 For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
Jeremiah 29:11
11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Our human mind, driven by our ego, is easily distracted and frequently needs more focus. However, even if we were to focus, it would be in the wrong direction. Since the Ego is the power behind human thinking, it is pointed toward selfish interests and will not be meaningful. On the other hand, if we were to synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind, we would receive inputs from God; in other words, Spiritual Thinking gives us a laser focus and offers excellent results not conceived by the human mind. Let us look at some of them.
Spiritual Thinking is the answer to superior management.

What is management? Most people will think it is some complex attribute that needs a degree from Harvard Business School or some prestigious business school. No! It is straightforward, and all it means is that we take care of everything that needs to be taken care of. Each one of us is involved in management every day. For example, if you are salaried, you adjust your expenses to your income. You manage the costs, whom you hire to take care of your lawn, and how much you spend on housing, food, utility bills, healthcare, dentistry, pets, etc. That is what management is. That is what they do in business too. You decide whom you hire and what salary you want to pay. How to retain good employees, control costs, maximize revenues without demoralizing the employees, how much you pay for your raw materials, etc. In essence, it is no different from you manage your household, except on a larger scale. One of the reasons women are good in management is because they have other qualities that win over employees, such as empathy, trustworthiness, compassion, etc.

Let us see how spiritual Thinking helps us in management. Though I explained what management is above in simple terms, many of the issues we discussed are interrelated. For example, you try to control costs, the quality decreases, or you need more people to finish the job. The key is to keep an eye on all things at once to juggle things for maximum productivity and quality while also maintaining the profit you need to pay taxes and sustain yourself and the business. Since God, Divine Mind, manages billions of humans and other living beings simultaneously, it is best if we seek help from Him. That is where spiritual Thinking comes in.

I will give a personal example of chemical research that I managed a while back. I had six or seven PhDs working on a project for almost a year. The problem was that the product consisted of eight closely related substances at the end of a synthetic process. Our concept was that if we set up a dynamic equilibrium of these products and siphoned off the one right product, the balance would keep shifting until the mixture was siphoned off as one desired product. Otherwise, separating them by complicated techniques would give several kilograms of a few grams of the product. We demonstrated that we could establish an equilibrium solution using several analytical methods. But needed help finding a way to siphon off the right product. So in early December of that year, the upper management decided that it was not possible and would drop the project because it needed to be more cost-effective for manufacture.
It was a Friday night, and before going to bed, I prayed and asked the Father, the divine Mind, to let me know if there was a solution. I left a scratch pad next to me and went to sleep. At about 1:00 AM, I woke up with specific directions that I scribbled on the place and went back to sleep. Early morning on Saturday, I rushed to the laboratory, and even though I had not worked in the lab for several years and did only and only directed others, I got into the lab. I set up the experiment precisely as I was advised in my dream, including the temperature and time. Heaven beholds, I noticed that the product had crystallized out of the solution almost quantitatively. I dumped the contents and passed on the exact instructions to my colleagues on Monday, and they came running to me saying that it worked nearly quantitatively. Analysis showed that it was an analytically pure desired product. Chemical engineers scaled it up within a few days and revived the project with a more excellent workforce. I have since used spiritual Thinking to solve several technical problems.
Though the above is a complex scientific problem, the same principle applies to personnel, financial, morale issues and resources, etc., that management must deal with daily. Spiritual thinking, ignoring the human ego, and seeking divine help with complex management problems will be far more productive than the carrot-and-stick approach practiced by my management executives everywhere. A combination of humility and religious service can effectively solve all problems.
Spiritual Thinking is the answer to superior management.

Spiritual Thinking is a superior way of life
Mark 8:18
“Having eyes see ye not? And having ears, hear ye not? And do ye remember not?”
What do we mean by the above? We see and hear things with our mortal eyes and ears are not necessarily the truth. The truth is what you perceive by letting the Divine Mind pass on the information to the human mind through spiritual intuitions; why would we instead believe what we see and hear? In one of the Upanishads, Iso-Upanishad, God, Divine Mind, Brahman is referred to as “that.” It says, “That” which cannot be seen creates everything in the universe that can be seen. “That” is responsible for every cause and effect.
Another Upanishad, Mandukoupanishad, describes life as a dream, and our everyday dreams are a dream within a dream. In our post on Reality( Truth) and Unreality( illusion), we discussed how unreality is temporal, and realities are permanent. For example, when we get sick, even though we experience fever, aches and pains look so real, that is an abnormality. We return to a normal state when we recover. Likewise, anger is abnormal; once it subsides, we become calm and patient. From a distance, a rope on the ground may look like a snake, but when we get closer, we can recognize that it is a rope. On a cloudy day, we can not see the sun. that does not mean the Sun is not there. All we have to do is go up beyond the clouds; we can see the bright Sun. We covered reality and unreality in an earlier post:
Spiritual thinking is very much the same. You clear all the illusions created by the human mind to reveal the truth. The Divine Mind, God, and Brahman are present as a whole in each one of us, and by synchronizing the human mind with the Divine Mind, we can perceive the truth in every situation. I discussed how we achieve this in an earlier post through affirmations and prayer:
Since I had practiced Spiritual Thinking from an early age, when I reached mid-upper management, I infuriated many lying management personnel who tried to convince me of their lies. Since it became an untenable situation, I left the Corporation to pursue things on my own, but this attempt to lie to convince me of untruths never worked. God has sustained me through this ordeal. Our whole system is based on convincing people of lies. The Doctor tries to convince patients of imaginary sickness to keep their profession going; the lawyer tries to convince you of all legal problems; the politicians try to convince you of lies; the insurance companies try to convince of potential mishaps, all trying to keep expanding their business by making you dependent on them for survival. There is no end to this. While we want to be part of the system and contribute to the welfare of everyone, we need not sacrifice our peace and harmony all the time. By constantly affirming only one reality, God, and He is all-in-all, we attain a proper balance, peace, and tranquility. If you practice spiritual thinking for some time, you automatically synchronize your thoughts with the Divine Mind and enjoy peace and harmony all the time. That is the reason; Spiritual Thinking is an ideal way of life.
Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful way to avoid Self-pity.

Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls, for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
James 5:13
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise.
Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Life is like a spinning wheel. Sometimes we are at the top. At other times we hit bottom. When we are on top, we rejoice, but when we are down, we blame ourselves or everyone else around us. Either way, it does not give us peace. When we start comparing ourselves with others and thinking, “ why should this happen to me,” This kind of Thinking becomes very unproductive and leads to behavior that does not contribute to improving the situation. It is good to think of the spinning wheel and remember that you will also go to the top. The bottom again goes to the top. Likewise, we can move on and bounce back by concentrating on the positive. Even though the pandemic has chewed away two precious years, God will bring better days, and things will get normal again.
Though an unnecessary war in Ukraine is going on, the people will bounce back and flourish in a democracy. They are still holding on because they are choosing freedom over repression. When mishaps and tragedies happen, one constant factor is permanent and represents only good. That permanent presence is the God, Brahman, Divine Mind present 24/7 in each of us and wants only all Good for us. Concentrating on this one permanent reality, we suddenly feel better. This recognition of one fact opens the communication between our human mind and the Divine Mind, and as good vibrations from the Divine mind grow, we get lots of ideas to work on. You may feel more comfortable with some, and all you need will be the courage to put your trust in God and pursue them.
I plan to share my thoughts and insights with others, especially after the pandemic starts. Since I had yet to learn how to start a blog at my age, I was not looking to make quick money. I am okay with my little pension and Social Security, so I created a group on Whatsapp and started writing many thoughts twice weekly. Even if one person was reading what I had to say, I figured that was better than none. Then I got the courage to read up on starting a blog and started sharing on the web. As soon as I started, I was flooded by all the SEO pundits about optimizing for SEO. So, if more people read it, more might benefit. The game the system has been playing with me for 35 years started again. They do not know I am doing this on the Divine Mind’s advice, and as usual, I was not going to play their game. I became self-actualized a long time ago, and at this age, I am waiting to unite with the spirit when my time comes, especially after my wife and daughter passed away a few years ago. If I enjoy anything at present, it is spending time with my five cats. This activity is also becoming difficult physically. Because I am on a mission to keep my memory of my wife and daughter, I will continue writing, even if I have an audience of one. Whatever I spend to maintain the blog, I consider it a Tithing of sorts on God’s advice. So you can see that Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful way to avoid self-pity.

Spiritual thinking is the ultimate answer to happiness.
Psalm 1: 1-3
“Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.”
Psalm 28:7
“The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.”
Psalm 34: 5
“Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.”
Psalm 15: 13
“I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the Power of the Holy Spirit.”
What is Spiritual Thinking? Let us refresh what we had discussed. Breatheth automatically and unconsciously from the time we are born until our death. What is the Power that gets into our body at birth and keeps our organs functioning through breathing? Is it some battery or electric current that runs the body machine? Has anyone seen something that powers our life, getting into the body at birth and leaving at death? No!. This Power that drives our human machine is referred to as “OM” and is the same as the Power that has created this entire universe and all the living beings in them. This Supreme Power responsible for every cause and effect is called by various names such as God, Brahman, Spirit, Divine Mind, Infinite Mind, Allah, Jehova, Yahvei, and so on. One of the Upanishads, Isoupanishad, calls this “That.” “That,” which cannot be seen or felt, creates everything in this universe that can be seen and felt. All the organs, including the heart and brain, are intact when we die, but nothing functions.
This God, Infinite Mind, who created us, is also present in us. God gave humans the capacity to think freely. He is also present in each of us to help us when we need help. Because he gave us a brain and the ability to think and learn, we started wandering around in our thinking without recognizing the Divine Mind in us. As we went astray, we began experiencing difficulties such as disease, selfishness, overpowering other God-created human beings to gain an advantage, exploiting others, indulging in immoral behavior and activities, etc. As a consequence, lot of sorrow and unhappiness.
A few through prayers, meditation, and affirmation of only one reality that God is all in all. They were able to connect with the Divine Mind all the time and are referred to as prophets, saints, seers, etc. Consequently, the human mind was synchronized with the Divine Mind and always experienced only goodness due to this kind of recognition. In material terms, Noah’s ark could save all these people from the great floods, while all the people who had gone astray could not be saved. The Pandemic is an example of what can happen when too many people develop thoughts based on the human mind, and everyone experiences such abnormalities. By concentrating on only one real God, Infinite Mind, and focusing on His Goodness, we can synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind. As a result, we will experience only goodness and bliss all the time. This synchronized thinking is what Spiritual Thinking is. I have enumerated how we can synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind through affirmations and prayer:
https://www.thinkspiritually.net/affirmations-and-prayer-an-essential-component-for-divine-mind-synchronization/2021/12/19/self-improvement/uncategorized/
When we synchronize and practice spiritual thinking, our actions become intuitive and sound, and we experience peace and happiness. That is the reason Spiritual Thinking is the ultimate answer to happiness.
Spiritual Thinking is the ultimate answer to the environmental crisis
Isaiah 11:9
“They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.”
When Divine Mind created the earth, everything was planned perfectly. He made two species, humans and animals, which would breathe in oxygen and out carbon dioxide. The third species, all the plants, trees, and forests, will take the carbon dioxide and give out oxygen. There was a perfect balance between the carbon dioxide produced and consumed. As man became more greedy, he not only multiplied without any knowledge of the credit but also consumed other natural resources such as coal, gas, and oil in such massive amounts that the carbon dioxide generated far exceeded the intake by plants, trees, and forests. It was further aggravated by destroying forests by even greedier industrial and residential development. This disturbed the balance and encroached on the lives of animals, insects, and other living species that depended on the forests for their natural existence. Does that mean that there should have been no progress? No! A little bit of understanding of the interplay of all the factors involved as God had planned and created would have been wiser. But the ego-based human mind and greed for wealth would not even have any consideration for anything else. This has led to the current global climate and environmental crisis. Now that we know where we are let us see how we will get innovative ideas and solutions for managing this crisis.
We all know God’s Divine Mind forgives our transgressions and ignorance. All we need to do is ask His forgiveness and realize His almighty power. Having acknowledged the reality of God as all-in-all, we can start moving forward now if our consciousness is filled with what we can do to reduce our contribution to managing the crisis by cutting our energy consumption and implementing a conservation program. This will be the first step, just as an alcoholic has to admit that he is addicted to alcohol before recovering from alcoholism. Likewise, new ideas will come to mind after we complete the first step and pray for ideas to implement at the personal and community level. In my earlier post on Spiritual thinking in superior management,
Once we seek God’s help, we will start getting many ideas for solving the environmental crisis. Several brilliant scientists and intellectuals are already working on various aspects of the problem, such as recycling plastics, using greener energies, Capturing excess carbon dioxide, etc. With continued spiritual thinking, we can utilize God’s help in managing the crisis and ensuring better living for future generations. Thus Spiritual Thinking is the ultimate answer to the environmental problem.

From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness. This is called Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of peaceful bliss in our lives."
