Spiritual Thinking is a great way to defend ourselves.

Spiritual Thinking is a great way to defend ourselves.

Sometimes, even though we do things compelled by our sense of being right and are considerate of other human beings, we face situations forced upon us by inconsiderate aggressive people to make us feel guilty for their actions. This is typical of modern society, and incredibly aggressive politicians frequently employ this technique to correct their mistakes. Do we then have to oblige or be defensive? No! Especially if you are righteous and follow divine directions. Spiritual Thinking, by synchronization of our human thoughts with the Divine Mind inside us, enabling us to hear God’s words, always comforts us, and we feel confident and comfortable, which makes us feel sorry for the poor souls tempted to embark on those cheap tactics to subjugate others. Thus Spiritual Thinking is a great way to defend ourselves.

Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful way to offset loneliness.

Isaiah 41:10 ~
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen, help, and uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Psalm 27:10
My father and mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me in.

Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.
Psalm 27:10
My father and mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me in.
Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”
1 Peter 5:7
We are casting all your anxieties on him because he cares for you.

When God created man in His image and likeness, He knew that man would drift off, develop his ego and pride, and develop other undesirable qualities such as vanity, selfishness, an attitude of superiority, hatred for others, jealousy, envy, self-indulgence, etc. These qualities come from forgetting about his origins and forgetting that the God who created him also dwells inside him 24/7 and is available to help when man seeks His help. A consequence of man moving farther away from God, the Divine Mind inside him, is that man becomes very vulnerable and dependent on others to satisfy his ego and pride and always needs a bunch of yes-yes men around him. When tragedies strike and if these yes-yes men are gone, it is widespread for a man or woman to feel lonely. They need constant companionship to boost their ego and do not develop self-reliant qualities. Modern society based on social systems also encourages ( even forces) people to constantly network for their ego satisfaction. Social media companies make so much money out of this need for companionship, enabling them to share their indulgence with others so that it will be so contagious that they can make billions and billions of dollars out of these at the expense of vulnerable human beings. It becomes so addictive that people feel miserable if they do not have the internet, even for a few days. They even create so-called social workers whose job is to keep encouraging this kind of dependence on others, and anytime they see a self-actualized person, they go into full gear to make them a social pariah. It drives them crazy; if a man is self-realized and recognizes the God, Brahman inside him, as Jesus said, he will be in his kingdom of heaven. Unable to bear this, social media and the immediate society will want to make him a pariah to hide their inadequacies. If only, instead of milking money out of people’s miseries, all this money wasted could be used to teach people about the presence of God inside each of us and that He is as close to us as we can imagine. If only we recognize that and seek His help, all the loneliness and constant need for companionship will vanish away, and they can always be happy and peaceful.
Spiritual thinking, which involves synchronizing our ego-derived human thoughts with the Divine Mind, suppresses the human ego, enables listening to God’s input on our thinking, makes us feel more secure, and always replaces fear and loneliness with God’s constant companionship, courage, confidence, and hope. It turns despair into optimism and positive feelings towards others rather than dependency. In the Epic Mahabharatha war, the leading warrior, Arjuna, had lost his son and was depressed. Lord Krishna, who was his Charioteer, advises him through a series of Poems, which became the Bhagwad Gita, to not only lift Arjuna’s spirits so that he can continue to fight in the war for Justice but also all the wisdom and strategy he needs to execute the war. These poems in 18 chapters are the essence of God’s wisdom and advice during Arjuna’s despair from losing his son.

When Mary and Martha cried to Jesus when their brother was dead, they told Jesus that if he had been there, Lazarus would be alive. Jesus consoled them and raised Lazarus from the dead. Maybe we cannot perform such miracles, but at least we can understand that God, Brahman, and Divine Mind are inside us, and He is all in all and the only power. That would be enough to lift us from any lonely feeling.

Thus, by synchronizing our human thoughts with the Divine Mind through constant practice and prayers, spiritual thinking can offset our loneliness and allow us to enjoy being alone with God.
Thus, Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful way to offset loneliness.

Spiritual Thinking is a simple way to achieve good habits.

Colossians 3:23
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”
Isaiah 40:31
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.
Galatians 6:7-8
Do not be tempted by evil things that can do no good for you.
Psalms 4:8
In peace I will lie down and sleep; for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.
Psalms 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God.
Bhagavad Gita verse 2.49
Only by devotional service can we keep the bad habits at bay. “O Dhananjaya, keep all abominable activities far distant by devotional service, and in that consciousness surrender unto the Lord.
Upanishads
‘Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits;
Let us look at how we develop the habits. When we are born, the newborn baby needs to communicate when they are hungry, have a body ache, or are wet. Since babies can not speak yet, they can only express themselves by crying. At this point, the baby only tries to get some attention. No one is better to give attention than the mother. So they develop an affection for their mother. Pretty soon, even though he can speak a few words, he is convinced that crying or making noises is the best way to get attention. As he starts to grow, he learns temper tantrums that get attention. Pretty soon, they learn to lie because they get more attention. Soon, they know that blaming others for mistakes or mischief lets them avoid accepting responsibility. This leads to other bad habits such as smoking, drinking, stealing, etc. Since any of these acts result in guilt and loss of self-esteem, they start drinking or doing drugs to feel good. This gives a temporary high, followed by depression. It is hard to get out of this deep hole. Since the material brain feeds the ego by itself, it cannot conquer the problem. If only there were an easy way to amend all this behavior without too much effort, it would be great. Spiritual Thinking is such a way.
Spiritual Thinking involves synchronizing human thoughts with the Divine Mind inside each of us; it enables us to hear God’s input on each problem. Since the Divine Mind is all-powerful and has absolute control over us, we can be slowly nudged to change our behavior without even noticing it. This usually has a profound effect, and unconsciously, our behavior changes. So, if a person is only convinced to practice spiritual thinking, our behavior and attitudes can be changed quickly without the usual way of being under pressure, force, or punishment.
A familiar example in the New Testament is Saul, the persecutor of early Christians to Paul, one of the greatest saints of Christianity. He was on his way to Damascus on a mission to persecute early Christians who were gathering there. On the way, he was struck by lightning, and he lost his vision and became blind. In his sleep, he got a vision of Jesus and his healing. After three days of suffering, he met a follower of Jesus named Ananias. In the name of Jesus, he prayed with Saul and restored his sight. When he got up, his vision was fixed completely, and he changed his name to Paul and changed from a persecutor to a preacher of Christianity. He was singlehandedly responsible for growing the Christian Moment and was able to get a significant number of Gentiles (non-Jews) converted to Christianity and traveled extensively:
Story of Saul to Paul:

In Spiritual Thinking, we can reform and rebuild our habits by submitting ourselves to God, the Divine Mind inside us. Thus, Spiritual Thinking is a simple way to achieve good habits.

Spiritual Thinking is a simple way to counter targeted misinformation.

Matthew 24:24
False Christs and prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, even the elect, if possible.
Isaiah 8:20
To the law and the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
Daniel 12:4
‘But you, Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book until the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.’
John 15:18-19
“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.
• 2 Corinthians 10:3-4
Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,

• Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armor of God so that you can stand against the devil’s wiles.

• 2 Thessalonians 2:3
Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of Sin is revealed, the son of perdition,

Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 3, Verse 9
So, there is nothing evil in work as such. The evil lies in its motive – the desire for reward and enjoyment.
Bhagwat Gita:
“It is a sin to commit injustice but a greater sin to tolerate injustice.”

What is misinformation? Mis-information is the information passed on to mislead a person or people, to gain an advantage over that person or people, to manipulate them to do what you want. Politicians do that all the time so that they will vote for you instead of the opponent. With the advent of Social Media, this has become particularly valuable because it promotes sharing such information with all your contacts and acquaintances so that you gain an advantage of propagation at no cost. Advertisements on online networks appeal to a large audience. But to be more effective, advertisements are personalized by snooping on your computer or phone to see what searches you do and what products you look at through a website and use that to tailor ads to push you to buy from them. It has some benefits, but for the fact that your movements online are effectively followed. In other words, you are sacrificing your privacy for a slight advantage. Social media companies and internet giants have used this technology to spread information specific to you. The Governments jumped on this to keep tabs on their citizens and spread misinformation to particular people when they want them to believe something they know is a lie, and big companies also take advantage of that. The only self-control they show depends on the conscience of the individual calling the shots, and frequently, most of these people are puppets of some higher authority who decides. If a particular individual is targeted because you do not like him for his intellect, integrity, race, culture, etc, what are the options for the individual without reacting negatively? When you recognize that God created you in His image and likeness, you also understand that the creator supports you by being inside each of us as Divine Mind, Brahman, and guides you through your arrogance-caused pains. Since the supply is all Spiritual, as Jesus said, “Seek ye the Kingdom of Heaven, and all these things shall be added unto you.” Spiritual Thinking is the way to seek the kingdom of heaven. When you synchronize your human thoughts derived from fear and pain caused by all the crooks with the Divine Mind inside us, we not only feel at peace but also God also gives us ideas and thoughts on managing whatever little resources you have, just as Jesus fed five thousand people with two fishes and five loaves of bread. It is the current distorted capitalist and racist systems that cause this to target people with unique talent and intellect. The sad part is that the people responsible for this behavior will themselves have to face the consequences sooner or later, and that is God’s law.
These technologies can be beneficial to help people in distress or with special needs rather than being misused against good people. Unfortunately, greed and power corrupt even compassionate people, who become corrupt once given the power and authority, especially when they fully know they are incompetent. Thank heavens, God inside us is always there to hold our hands and lead us, though it seems so slow. The consoling part is that throughout history, good people have suffered at the hands of tyrants and evil-doers. For example., Joseph had to endure a lot of suffering before he was exalted next to Pharoah, His descendants; the Jews had to take a lot of suffering before Moses rescued them four hundred years later. In Mahabharata, the good souls Pandavas had to spend thirteen years in exile before reclaiming their kingdom. Rama had to spend fourteen years facing all the Demons in wild forests before ascending to the throne. India and its people endured much suffering during plunderous Afgan invasions in the twelfth and thirteenth centuries and under Moghul Emperors and English rule for five centuries before gaining independence. We are fortunate that we have Spiritual Thinking available to us that no tyrant can take away, and it is ours to keep no matter where we are, whether in jail in a ghetto or a palace, and for that, we can be grateful. Therefore, Spiritual Thinking is a simple way to counter targeted misinformation.
A short Video of the epic Mahabharatha:

Spiritual Thinking is the ultimate way for Divine Justice.

Deuteronomy 32:4
The Rock’s work is perfect, for all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and upright is he.
Job 37:23
The Almighty—we cannot find him; he is excellent in power; justice and abundant righteousness he will not violate.
Psalm 9:7
But the Lord sits enthroned forever, establishing his throne for justice.
Psalm 10:17–18
O Lord, you hear the desire of the afflicted; you will strengthen their heart; you will incline your ear to do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed so that man of the earth may strike terror no more.
Psalm 33:4–5
For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is whole of the steadfast love of the Lord.
Isaiah 5:16
But the Lord of hosts is exalted in justice, and the Holy God shows himself holy in righteousness.
Isaiah 9:7
Of the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from this time forth and always. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.
Isaiah 30:18
Therefore, the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and he exalts himself to show mercy to you. The Lord is a God of justice; all those waiting for him are blessed.
Isaiah 61:8
For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and wrong; I will faithfully give them their recompense and make an everlasting covenant with them.
Jeremiah 9:24
I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things, I delight, declares the Lord.”
Ezekiel 34:16
I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak, and the fat and the strong I will destroy. I will feed them in justice.
Luke 18:7–8
And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily.
Bhagwat Gita:
Krishna tells Arjuna, the leading warrior, that when the world is not on the right side of God, when it is unjust and immoral, the ensuing battle for what is right and just is what brings God into the world to be born from age to age in the fight against evil.
During adverse situations, your near and dear ones may leave you. However, I will always be with you; my love is unconditional. So, perform every action as my action with love.
Why do we seek Divine Justice? To err is human, but to forgive is Divine. Jesus, when he was crucified on the cross before he died, pleaded to God, “ Forgive them, Father, for they know what they do.” We often constantly forgive those who harmed us, but we continue suffering. Maybe we are not Jesus, but why does the suffering continue? There must be a purpose, whether we still have something to learn or God wants others to know something from our suffering. In either case, Spiritual Thinking enables us to minimize the suffering, takes away the pain, and gives us ideas on how to help others with our experiences. When I was struggling with these thoughts when my wife and daughter passed away, an opportunity appeared to me when the global pandemic struck. It seemed to me that it was a clear false manifestation of a lie, and no reality could be associated with it. There is always a balance between good and evil in God’s creation, and when people in power deliberately create divisions among people through lies, falsehoods, and misinformation campaigns, a large majority of people get distressed and start thinking negatively. A consequence of that will be false manifestations such as the pandemic, strange weather patterns, tsunamis, earthquakes, etc. As a scientist, my initial reaction was as rapid as discovering a vaccine. Still, I knew that would only be a temporary solution since the virus can keep mutating, and that is precisely what happened. A permanent solution will be changing the people’s thinking to make them realize this was a false manifestation. Since I have practiced Spiritual Thinking since I was a teen, I figured I would attempt to spread the truth rather than practice alone. Initially, I started a WhatsApp group called Spiritual Associates and shared what spiritual Thinking is and how I try to synchronize my human thoughts with the Divine Mind inside each of us. I encouraged others to share their experiences in Spiritual Thinking. Unfortunately, almost everyone in that group thought they would share pictures of various Gods in temples and recite some mantras loudly. I then decided to start a website, “Spiritual Supplements for Life.com,” my postings were not as polished as they are now, but they still drew much attention. Within three months, I had more than 4000 views per month. I started the website on November 24, 2021, and the Russian Invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. My website’s views dropped to a single-digit view each day by coincidence or deliberate manipulation. I continued writing and wrote more than 70 posts by fall 2022. Since the traffic did not pick up, I changed the website name to “ thinkspiritually.net,” which is still the same. Since I was on Social Security as the only source of income, I was spending almost $200 every month, and all the SEO companies and plugin companies were only sucking up the money but were of absolutely no use. The sad part is that I turned to do everything myself and canceled them, and most of them were still charged without my permission. I must thank several others who helped me without any charges, and I am grateful to them. Since I was doing this, the pandemic slowly subsided, either because of the vaccines(materiality) or because I did change a few people to think spiritually to counter all the negativity and pessimism. Either way, the pandemic showed that my purpose in my life was to spread the idea of Spiritual Thinking, which I have been practicing for over 60 years, and make people realize that God was right inside them as close as they would need them. Because we are dedicating Spiritual Thinking and the Divine Mind inside us, God would solve the injustice that caused all the suffering and be responsible for the pandemic and other tragedies. While it is in God’s hands to restore, Spiritual Thinking has provided peace and harmony during challenging times by synchronizing our thoughts with the Divine Mind inside us. I am also grateful that Spiritual Thinking ( and probably the vaccines) have kept me free of COVID-19 and any other infections, despite my triple bypass heart surgery four years ago. I am indeed grateful.
Nelson Mandela, who led an anti-apartheid movement in South Africa, spent 26 years in prison and lost an eye during hard labor in prison; they became the country’s first black president of South Africa when apartheid was abolished. He was given the Nobel Prize for Peace in 1993 along with F.W. De Clerk for eliminating Apartheid in South Africa.

From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness. This is called Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of peaceful bliss in our lives."
