Spiritual Thinking is a fantastic way to be free from distractions.

Spiritual Thinking is a fantastic way to be free from distractions.

We are living in a world dominated by Social media, populist nationalist divisive thinkers, and people who are more interested in trying to clean others than themselves. These people are normally such annoyers that we want to run away from them, but they are like glue and will stick to you. Spiritual Thinking, focusing on God and the divine Mind inside each of us, will fortunately free us from these distractions and offer peace, happiness, and freedom from these environments. It will help us focus on good things and develop creative ideas to solve worldly problems. It will also help us help others heal from infirmities and make them healthy and happy. Spiritual Thinking turns a hostile environment into a positive one.

Spiritual Thinking is a great way to counter Annoyers.

Proverbs 12:16.
A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult.

Proverbs 29:11.
A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man controls himself.

Matthew 5:40.
And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well.

Ecclesiastes 7:8-9.
The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride. Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit,

Luke 6:27-28.
“But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

Bhagwad Gita:
If your consciousness is absorbed in Me, others’ rudeness and wickedness cannot hurt you.

In life, we come across so many people who are inconsiderate of others. It will not bother most people if these annoyers do not hurt others. But they often make it a habit of constantly annoying other people. They find pleasure in belittling other people to make themselves look superior. Such insensitivity causes demotivation in many people in the workplace. This irritating behavior is a nuisance to society due to lost productivity, mental illnesses, and a disharmonious workplace. It is, therefore, essential for all of us to know how to deal with and neutralize the harmful effects of such behavior. Since a majority of us neither want to harm others nor be harmed, what will be the best way for us not to be bothered by annoyers?

God created us in His image and likeness. If everyone had maintained that image and likeness, human relations would have been peaceful, happy, and harmonious. However, since He gave man the capacity to think and develop his ego, many went astray, becoming selfish, arrogant, sadistic, and narcissistic. They feel pleasure in hurting others and feeling themselves superior to others. They do this at the cost of losing their image and self-esteem. Let us see how this undesirable quality develops.

When children develop if they develop positive qualities by having supportive teachers and parents, they often do well in school, compete positively, and do well. However, some kids whose parents are somewhat condescending have bad habits themselves and put kids down on every little issue and do not look into the mirror themselves; the kids become undisciplined, speak whatever they want without any sensitivity to others, and treat others the same way as their parents treated them Further, they get jealous of other well-behaved kids and constantly annoy them with harsh words and possibly make them cry. When they find that they can make another kid cry, they think they have some power over them and develop it further, even as they become adults to annoy others constantly. This originates from self-sufficiency and getting pleasure out of annoying others. They do not realize that in the process, they feel low about themselves, and to compensate for that, they become even more irritating, very similar to being an alcoholic.
Spiritual thinking, by synchronization of our human thoughts with the ever-present Divine Mind, God inside us through meditation, reflection, and prayer, enables us to listen to God’s voice on every issue, makes us feel happy about ourselves, and takes away the urge to hurt others and God puts nice words in our mouth respecting others, as Jesus says.” Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Just remembering these words from Jesus alone will correct our behavior towards others and make us pleasant to deal with. When I get angry, I remind myself of these words, and most often, my anger vanishes away faster than it came in. Since the Only same God is inside all of us, by spiritual thinking, we all can communicate in the same spiritual language, though our spoken languages may be different. This is something to remember when dealing with a person of a different language because spiritual thoughts are universal. Spiritual Thinking is a great way to counter annoyers.

Spiritual Thinking explains suffering simply.

1 Peter 5:10
And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
Romans 8:18
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory to be revealed to us.
Romans 5:3-5 Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance. Endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
James 1:2-4
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Psalm 34:19
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
John 16:33
I have said these things to you, that you may have peace in me. In the world, you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
Revelation 21:4
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
Romans 5:3-4
Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope,
2 Timothy 3:12
Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,
Romans 8:28
And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
2 Corinthians 4:17
For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,

Bhagwad Gita
Sufferings, according to Lord Krishna, are for you to grow. For a materialistic person, it might seem like suffering, but for a spiritual person, it is grace given by the Lord to free them from attachments.

Sufferings can be of various kinds and caused by multiple means. Generally, suffering can be caused by any of the following: 1. Natural calamities such as earthquakes, environmental issues such as wildfires and flash floods, etc., 2. They were caused by wars such as the sufferings in Ukraine and Russia because of aggressive actions of some leaders, the sufferings in Gaza and Lebanon, 3. Terrorist acts such as 9-11, October 7, 2023, on Israel, several terrorist acts in Mumbai and other parts of India at various times, 4. Political persecution is due to the intolerance of different viewpoints, and lastly, 5—miscellaneous actions by less intelligent and lesser intellect political leaders. Let us look at each and see people’s choices, how they react, and what help Spiritual Thinking can offer to mitigate suffering and some historical context.

Natural Calamities and Tragedies:
This kind of event happens frequently in some or other parts of the world, and some are more severe than others, such as the one in Japan in 2011 and one in Turkey in 2023. More frequently, floods are caused by hurricanes such as the one last week by Hurricane Helene and massive flooding in Florida, Georgia, Carolina, and Tennessee. These are mitigated by actions of the national emergency management services, and the Government responds quickly to move people to shelters and emergency management of services provided. Though it hurts people, there is a common consolation factor in these that others suffered too, and it was not caused by any intentional means. Wildfires followed by torrential rains cause landslides and people’s homes to be washed away. Again, these are caused non-intentionally, and spiritual thinking will help individuals sort out and make intelligent choices and provide divine guidance to mitigate their sufferings.

Sufferings from Wars:
The unprovoked actions of Russia on the Sovereign Country of Ukraine, purely to satisfy the ego of one leader, was a travesty. The people or leaders of Ukraine had done nothing to provoke Russia but had to endure all the suffering. Because Ukrainians love their Freedom, they have been able to withstand this onslaught from a much bigger country for more than two and half years, and their combined resolve to come out free has motivated them to hang on and endure their sufferings.
The situation in Gaza is entirely different. The City is very crowded, and the militants built tunnels through the center of the city and Schools and Hospitals above themselves, causing complications. Israel, in response to a massive Terrorist act on October 7, 2023, on their soil made them so emotional and reckless that they decided to indiscriminately Bomb Gaza and Mow over the whole City without any consideration for the Civilians, Patients in hospitals, or the Children in Schools, is a significant failure of the Codes of military warfare and modern civil society. The people of Gaza, though themselves innocent, are enduring all the suffering without any assurance that they can be peaceful again. Because of this hostile situation, the people cannot even console themselves and will be wondering if there is a God and, if so, where he is. Spiritual thinking can help, but people must remember that the all-powerful God is right inside them and guards them from external circumstances, which, at present, is the most challenging thing to do. We can only Pray that the Divine Mind, God, endures them until some resolution can be found.

Terrorists Acts:
While these were not present several decades earlier, they have become more common in the last three decades, and airline safety standards have become more routine to make flying safe. The terrorism started initially in the skies with terrorists hijacking planes and diverting them to land in countries not intended so that they could seek asylum. These instances were not as harmful to passengers until the central event of September 11, 2001, when three separate planes were forced to crash on heavily Populated buildings. Two of them crashed on Two World Trade Center Towers in New York City and one on the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Fortunately, a fourth plane was forced by the passengers, overpowering the hijackers and forcing the Plane to crash on open land in Pennsylvania. This tragic event caused the loss of more than 3000 deaths, enormous suffering of relatives and friends, and substantial economic loss. Even though the USA reacted, they did not act indiscriminately like Gaza. The American Government gave some time for the Afgan Government to hand over Mohammed-Bin-Ladin. Still, when they refused, they organized an invasion of Afghanistan and, throughout the war and later in Iraq, avoided killing Civilians as much as possible and followed all the military protocols. However, the innocent people of those countries had to bear the sufferings of war and endured the inconveniences caused by them.
The October 7, 2023, terrorist act by Hamas was brutal; almost 1100 Israelis were slaughtered during a music festival, and about 300 people were taken as hostages. This provoked Israel to take a massive invasion of Gaza City, which so far has killed more than 30,000 people and another about 2000 in Lebanon in pursuit of Hezbollah, and peace is still elusive. Let us hope that Spiritual Thinking can mitigate the suffering and bring Peace to these regions.

Political Persecutions:
This suffering is usually limited to authoritarian countries such as Dictatorships, where an egoistic Leader can’t tolerate disagreement or other political views and causes irreparable harm to individuals and their relatives without compassion or empathy.
This was common in the former Soviet Union and the Current Russian Regime.

Miscellaneous:
These sufferings do not happen for any particular reason. Still, they can occur because of mischievous actions by politicians or other leaders, such as when they want to discipline some individuals to force them to change, such as what happened to me over four decades ago. I have always been as perfect as I had learned to be because I always understood that I had been created in God’s image and likeness. I was ranked an outstanding personality, performance, and integrity performer for over ten years. However, President Reagan decided that if he chose such people in the industry, especially those of color and different ethnicity, and self-actualized and harassed them, all others would fall in line and increase productivity. I became a chosen one, and to this day, especially the Republicans, even after 40 years, have pursued to prove something non-existent. This is like accusing a maid of stealing misplaced valuables and not having the courage to admit the truth when the item misplaced had been found, and it was a mistake, despite all the suffering inflicted on an innocent person. This is an ego problem for the leaders, who do not want to admit they are stupid. Fortunately, I have been a spiritual thinker since I was 10-12. I could mitigate any suffering through spiritual thinking, whereby the divine mind permanently extended the supplies of provided alternate means of sustenance and survival. Nevertheless, all the economic, social, and physical problems can be forgiven but not restored.
Some historical examples of enduring and mitigating suffering are those of Joseph, Daniel, Shadrach Meshak and Abednego, Pandavas, and King Harishchandra. Some Video links are provided:

Daniel:

Fiery Furnace: Shadrach, Meshak, and Abednego:

King Harishchandra:

Spiritual Thinking is a great way to heal diseases.

Jeremiah 17:14:
“Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”

Exodus 15:26:
“For I am the Lord who heals you.”

Psalm 147:3:
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

Jeremiah 30:17.
“But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord, ‘because you are called an outcast,

Jeremiah 33:6.
: Behold, I will bring health and healing to it, heal them and reveal abundance of prosperity and security.”

Psalm 107:19-20:
“He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.”

Bhagwad Gita
The mortal Mind and its wanderings cause all illnesses and suffering. Heal the mind, and you heal your sufferings.

John 8:32
Jesus; “ If you follow me, Ye shall know the truth and will make you free.”

Disease, as the term implies, is the opposite of ease. When God, Infinite Mind, created man in His image and likeness, He wanted man to be Normal and at ease, i.e., not afflicted with any ailment or disease. So if you are experiencing something abnormal and it is called disease, then certainly God did not make it and, therefore, can only be an illusion. But we know that if you are sick, you experience some discomfort, you are weak and unable to do what you usually do. Does that mean that there is something called disease? No. Things like that are just illusions, manifested like real, because you are made to believe in it. The same is true of lies and falsehoods. If you keep believing in lies, your experience will also be a lie, and you can never enjoy Freedom, Happiness, and Prosperity, which is what God intended when He created man. The whole global economy is developed based on a whole bunch of lies. The Doctors want you to keep coming back to them so that they will give all fictitious names to your suffering; the medical companies will produce drugs to cure them, making you believe that you are feeling well if you take them as prescribed. The insurance companies will constantly remind you of all the disasters that might happen, and you will lose money. The lawyers will continuously remind you that others might take everything that belongs to you if you do not sue them. The politicians will lie to their teeth so that you will vote for them. The elected officials will keep lying so that they can keep getting elected. This list can continue, and each profession will hate anyone if they call attention to their lies. They will go to any extent to make them Pariah’s in their community. When this abnormalcy continues and becomes the norm, tragedies like the Pandemic occur. Tsunamis, Climate changes with extreme heat, and ensuing fires will also become routine. Someone must be courageous enough to point out the truth and make the necessary changes despite all the persecutions and false pretexts. Just as on a cloudy and rainy day, you can hop into a plane, soar above all the clouds, and see the sunshine, bright and beautiful. You can clear all the illusions causing these false manifestations and start seeing the truth, which Spiritual Thinking does. Let us see how.

God, Infinite Mind, when He created man in His image and likeness, decided to stay inside man and all Living Beings, allowing them to breathe and sustain life, activating all their senses to guide them, making all the organs work as He had intended, and make sure that everything was working throughout man’s life. As the divine mind inside each of us, he stays with us whenever we need help. He also gave us a reason and brain, which we use in any way we want. However, some men went astray and developed an ego, pride, and selfishness so that they could grab as much as they could of God’s resources so that they could whip around and dominate others. He was willing to use all tactics, including Racism, Hatred, Casteism, etc. Despite all, God remains patient, still helping them by driving their Engine of life despite them being the way they are. But God had always had hope for everyone, and he would come to anyone’s help at any time if we only sought his help. A simple way to get God’s Divine Mind helps to acknowledge His supreme Power in this universe and synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind, God, and Brahman inside us. This is done by eliminating all the illusions and distractions through prayer and meditation, and when we do that, we can hear God’s Divine Mind’s views on any issue we are dealing with. This is particularly effective when we are feeling unwell or sick. This is very simple; just like swimming, we move forward by pushing the water in front to our sides to propel us forward. This is what an eagle does when there is a storm. The eagle soars high without fear of the storm, gently pushing the forceful winds aside. Likewise, when we remove all distracting thoughts, we synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind, and we start seeing God’s truth and can listen to His Voice. Jesus meant this when he said, “ Having Eyes see ye not and having ears hear ye not.”

Thus, when we practice spiritual thinking constantly, it will become habitual, and we can be free of diseases and other ailments and enjoy peace, prosperity, and happiness in our daily lives without being affected by all the turmoil around us in this modern world.

Through these blogs he is sharing his knowledge and insights into how Spiritual thinking enables one to attain peace, harmony and happiness. He has just released a book on Amazon on : Think Spiritually, Spiritual Thinking For Life. https://www.amazon.com/author/sivaraman_raghu/ ." From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness. This is called Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of peaceful bliss in our lives."
