Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful way to offset loneliness.

Isaiah 41:10 ~
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen, help, and uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Psalm 27:10
My father and mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me in.

Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.
Psalm 27:10
My father and mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me in.
Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”
1 Peter 5:7
We are casting all your anxieties on him because he cares for you.

When God created man in His image and likeness, He knew that man would drift off, develop his ego and pride, and develop other undesirable qualities such as vanity, selfishness, an attitude of superiority, hatred for others, jealousy, envy, self-indulgence, etc. These qualities come from forgetting about his origins and forgetting that the God who created him also dwells inside him 24/7 and is available to help when man seeks His help. A consequence of man moving farther away from God, the Divine Mind inside him, is that man becomes very vulnerable and dependent on others to satisfy his ego and pride. He always needs a bunch of yes-yes men around him. When tragedies strike and if these yes-yes men are gone, it is widespread for a man or woman to feel lonely. They need constant companionship to boost their ego and do not develop self-reliant qualities. The modern society based on social systems also keeps encouraging ( even forcing) people to constantly network for their ego satisfaction. Social media companies make so much money out of this need for companionship, enabling them to share their indulgence with others so that it will be so contagious that they can make billions and billions of dollars out of these at the expense of vulnerable human beings. It becomes so addictive that people feel miserable if they do not have the internet, even for a few days. They even create so-called social workers whose job is to keep encouraging this kind of dependence on others, and anytime they see a self-actualized person, they go into full gear to make them a social pariah. It drives them crazy; if a man is self-realized and recognizes the God, Brahman inside him, as Jesus said, he will be in his kingdom of heaven. Not being able to bear this, the social media and the immediate society will want to make him a pariah to hide their inadequacies. If only, instead of milking money out of people’s miseries, all this money wasted could be used to teach people about the presence of God inside each of us and that He is as close to us as we can imagine. If only we will recognize that and seek His help, all the loneliness and constant need for companionship will vanish away and they can be happy and peaceful all the time.
Spiritual thinking, which involves synchronizing our ego-derived human thoughts with the Divine Mind, suppresses the human ego, enables listening to God’s input on our thinking, makes us feel more secure, and always replaces fear and loneliness with God’s constant companionship, courage, confidence, and hope. It turns despair into optimism and positive feelings towards others rather than dependency. In the Epic Mahabharatha war, the leading warrior, Arjuna, had lost his son and was depressed. Lord Krishna, who was his Charioteer, advises him through a series of Poems, which became the Bhagwad Gita, to not only lift Arjuna’s spirits so that he can continue to fight in the war for Justice but also all the wisdom and strategy he needs to execute the war. These poems in 18 chapters are the essence of God’s wisdom and advice during Arjuna’s despair from losing his son.

When Mary and Martha cried to Jesus when their brother was dead, they told Jesus that if he had been there, Lazarus would be alive. Jesus consoled them and raised Lazarus from the dead. Maybe we cannot perform such miracles, but at least we can understand that God, Brahman, and Divine Mind are inside us, and He is all in all and the only power. That would be enough to lift us from any lonely feeling.

Thus, spiritual Thinking, by synchronization of our human thoughts with the Divine Mind through constant practice and prayers, can offset any loneliness we feel and will enjoy being alone with God.
Thus, Spiritual Thinking is a beautiful way to offset loneliness.

He has just released a book on Amazon on : Think Spiritually, Spiritual Thinking For Life. https://www.amazon.com/author/sivaraman_raghu/ ." From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness. This is called Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of peaceful bliss in our lives."
