Spiritual thinking brings out the non-conformist in you
Romans 12:2- “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
Let us see what conformity and non-conformity are? Conformity is being in alignment with everyone’s thinking and behavior so that you are accepted as one of the members of a certain group. There is nothing abnormal about it, This originates from a fear that you will be left alone if you are different.
Non-conformity, on the other hand, is being different. Non-conformists are not bound by any fear, usually very creative and independent, and are self-driven. They do not disrespect others but they are just different. Bosses usually do not like them, because they are not yes-yes people and are not afraid to disagree, because they can see something others do not.
If you are a spiritual thinker and follow directions you get from the Divine Mind, because you synchronize your thoughts with God, the chances are that you will be a non-conformist, because you think differently. This is a trait of very creative and productive people because they think spiritually. Intelligent bosses appreciate having a few non-conformists for higher productivity. Spiritual thinking brings out the non-conformist in you. So tread cautiously if you are working for an insecure, non-spiritual boss.
Thinking spiritually enables you to see farther and with greater vision, than conformists, who can see only close to themselves. Because they can see farther non-conformists can visualize far more and better solutions to problems and do not shy away from solving problems in different ways. This is usually not obvious to others since they cannot see too far. Only when the non-conformists become egoistic, they will be disliked by others, and also start losing their spiritual thinking capacity. If you practice spiritual thinking correctly, you are assured of this not happening. Spiritual thinking automatically eliminates egoism, but be humble.
Management systems prefer conformists because it is much easier to control them. That is the reason they would want Robots. If the management systems understand spirituality and the advantage of having spiritual thinkers around. Life and work will be much more harmonious and everyone will enjoy their work and be productive.
If you have 50 white balls and one blue ball, the blue ball is going to stand out. That is what happens with spiritual thinkers who stand out. Spiritual thinking brigs out the non-conformist in you. Remember that creative people such as Thomas Edison, Graham Bell, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and the list can keep going, that we have made huge strides in technologies and all these people dared to think differently and were non-conformists. If you think spiritually, can synchronize your thoughts with the Divine Mind, feel glad that you are going to stand out as a non-conformist. That may be your calling.
