Think Spiritually
Love is the cornerstone of Spiritual Thinking.
I Corinthians 13:4
“Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude.”
Ephesians 4:32
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
Luke 6:35
“But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Highest, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil.”
Colossians 3:12-13
“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.”
I Peter 3: 8-9
“Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly Love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing.”
Love is the cornerstone of Spiritual Thinking. Why? As we have discussed, spiritual thinking is seeking God, Divine Mind’s input on our thoughts. God created us in his image and likeness. If we all had been that way, we would have been happy and peaceful and enjoying His blessings all the time. But God gave us an independent material mind that we let wander in all directions. We developed a human ego that became the primary materialistic motivator in our ambition to influence and control others. This kind of behavior developed a lot of unfair competition and hatred that makes us all experience a lot of discord. Consequently, we started manifesting and experiencing a lot of bad things such as racism, fascism, pride, and a lot of these qualities led to further discord and diseases, climate change, wars, and so on. God also allowed us to correct ourselves, and Thinking like Him is one of those opportunities. Since God represents only Good and He bestows only Good, the more we align with Him, the more we will experience all Good. The first step to being like Him is to affirm the truth of only one reality: God, Divine Mind is all in all. He is the only cause and effect in this Universe that He had created. Having done that, we want to synchronize our human thoughts with the Divine Mind. You do that by constant prayers until the human ego disappears and is taken over by thoughts passed on to our consciousness by the Divine Mind so that we start reflecting his image and likeness that He intended when creating us. A consequence of that will be, Like Him, we would love all our fellow beings and see His reflection in all of them. This Love is so contagious that the hatred that some of our leaders have spread recently will melt away. We will experience only goodness, prosperity, and peace. My friend and mentor, Rev.John W. Adams, wrote an earlier post, “Love the one reality”:

In conclusion, Love is the cornerstone of Spiritual Thinking.

He has just released a book on Amazon on : Think Spiritually, Spiritual Thinking For Life. https://www.amazon.com/author/sivaraman_raghu/ ." From birth until our last breath, a supreme power stays inside us, allowing us to breathe, making all the material organs work, and giving us the five senses to guide us. This power, called by various names such as God, brahman, Yahweh, Allah, Divine Mind, etc., is the engine of life. This Divine Mind can help us anytime we seek God’s help. The Divine Mind has all control over us, but we can only appeal to it through affirmations that God is all in all and is the Sole power for all cause and effect in this universe. He is present in us 24/7 by synchronizing our human thoughts with this Divine Mind. God passes on his thoughts to us. This synchronization becomes habitual through constant prayers and affirmations, and we enjoy Peace, Harmony, Prosperity, and Happiness. This is called Spiritual Thinking and is the backbone of peaceful bliss in our lives."
